Troy helps lead the team in the day-to-day operations of the business, striving to improve processes, systems and communication in order to better serve our clients. It is his hope to help with most of the behind-the-scenes details so that our Advisors have more time in their day to do what they do best... super-serve our clients. His passion is to make peoples’ lives better and serve them with the love of Christ. He relates to the personal mission: “if you are not making someone else’s life better, you are wasting your time.”
Troy joins the team after a 7-year career at Dave Ramsey's company, Ramsey Solutions. In his time at Ramsey Solutions, Troy served in several leadership, sales, and coaching roles. He has also spent time serving in a sales leadership role at a leading snack food company. Prior to that, he graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a Bachelor's Degree in both Business Administration and Sports Management.
Troy is a Cleveland Browns, Indians, Cavs and Ohio State Buckeyes fan. He also enjoys woodworking, home improvement, and spending time with his wife, Nicole, and their four children whether that means a family movie night, going to the park or playing a game together.
