Troy leads the team in the day-to-day operations of the business, striving to improve processes, systems and communication to better serve our clients. He helps with most of the behind-the-scenes details so that our advisors have more time to do what they do best... super-serve our clients. His passion is to make peoples’ lives better and serve them with the love of Christ.
Troy joined the team after a 7-year career at Dave Ramsey's company, Ramsey Solutions. In his time there, Troy served in several roles, spanning leadership, sales, and coaching. He has also spent time in a sales leadership role at a leading snack food company. He graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2009 with Bachelor's Degrees in both Business Administration and Sports Management.
Troy is a Cleveland sports fan and loves the Ohio State Buckeyes. He also enjoys collecting sports memorabilia, completing home improvement projects, and spending time with his wife, Nicole, their four children Jax, Briggs, Easton & Kenlee, and their dog, Nash.
