Caitlin serves a vital role in shaping your experience with us as our Client Experience Specialist. We understand that coming to an office that you’ve never set foot in to talk about something as private as your finances can be a bit unsettling – but it doesn’t have to be. Caitlin’s role is to ensure that our clients not only have a great experience, but one where they feel comfortable and will leave with a smile on their face.
Caitlin joined the Dodds Wealth team in 2022 after moving back to her home state of Ohio. She has over a decade of experience in this kind of role, although she previously did so for patients in the eyecare industry rather than clients. One of her favorite parts about her role is the opportunity to get to know our clients on a personal level while creating little moments that will result in a memorable experience for them.
Caitlin was proudly born and raised in Logan County and loves spending time with her daughter, Sofia, and her Golden Retriever, Romeo. You can find the three of them on a walk around town, at a local park or fishing. When she's not busy with her duties as Mom, Caitlin loves to paint (acrylic on canvas), golf and root for the Buckeyes.
