Who We Are Looking For:
The Administrative Receptionist plays a vital role in setting the tone for the organization. As the first and last person clients see when they are in the office, as well as the first person they speak to when they call our office, the Administrative Receptionist is instrumental in making sure clients have a memorable experience.
What to Expect:
- Sets the tone of positivity and energetic client interactions within the office
- Engages clients and prospective clients in a friendly and sincere manner, making them feel comfortable when they visit the office
- Serves as an innovative contributor to creating a “wow” experience for our clients
- Handles incoming telephone calls
- Schedules and confirms client appointments within our office
- Supports our Advisors with administrative tasks required for account servicing
- Maintains written documentation of all activities within our internal CRM
- Coordinates the assembly and mailing of client paperwork
- Sorts and distributes the mail
- Coordinates with outside vendors (USPS, Fed Ex, office vendors, etc.)
- Assists with coordinating & planning client-focused events
- Performs other duties as assigned
What You Need:
- A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
- Superior phone skills—friendly and helpful in all interactions on the phone
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to multi-task
- High proficiency with technology, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite
- Displays the ability to quickly learn and adopt new technology
- Professional demeanor
- Attendance is an essential function

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
